Private yacht charters from Phuket

Sailing holidays in Thailand

Charter a private sailing yacht or catamaran in the Andaman Sea for 3 days, a week or longer. Your charter starts and ends at Yacht Haven Marina in Phuket, with nights on board at anchorages along your route.

Each charter is for your group only, bareboat or with a professional skipper.

How a sailing holiday from Phuket works

Your own yacht
You charter the whole yacht for your group. The cabins, cockpit and deck are not shared with other guests.
Nights on board
You sleep on board while the yacht anchors overnight in sheltered bays. The yacht is your accommodation for the whole charter.
Bareboat or skippered
A bareboat charter requires a sailing licence; licences issued in any country are accepted, for example ICC, RYA, ASA or a national certificate. If no one in your group holds a licence, a skipper is required (EUR 175 per day).
Included equipment
Every yacht includes a watermaker, Wi-Fi, snorkelling gear, two stand-up paddleboards, a kayak and fishing rods at no extra charge.

Read the Phuket bareboat charter guide or compare bareboat, skippered and crewed charters.

What is the minimum charter length?

Our private charters start at 3 days.

Where does the sailing holiday start and end?

All charters start and end at Yacht Haven Marina, on Phuket's north-east coast. Boarding is from 14:00 on the departure day, and the yacht must be returned to Yacht Haven Marina by 10:00 on the return day.

Can we charter a yacht for a week or longer?

Yes. Weekly charters are available on all our yachts, and longer charters can be arranged. From day 8, the yacht rate for each additional day is reduced by 10%. Crew services and cleaning are not discounted.

Are food and drinks included?

No. Food and drinks are paid separately. We can buy provisions before boarding: goods at cost plus a service fee of 10% of the purchase amount (minimum EUR 100), paid at check-in. Please send your shopping list at least 72 hours before departure.

How many guests can stay on board?

Capacity depends on the yacht: up to 6 overnight guests on our three-cabin yachts, up to 8 on the Nautitech 40 Open and up to 10 on the Mazarin 55. A skipper has a separate skipper's cabin and does not use a guest cabin. Sleeping arrangements for a chef, deckhand or hostess are confirmed in the quote.
